We are pleased to offer our customers a 30-day unconditional guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Brag Company purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return it for a full refund, up to 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. The “delivered” date issued by the carrier will confirm this date. This unconditional return policy only applies to items purchased at www.thebragcompany.com.
To initiate a return, simply follow the return instructions below. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Brag Company offers a 365-day warranty for defects on all of our products. This does not cover incidental damage or normal wear-and-tear. However, if there any issues with workmanship of the product, we will either repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. This warranty also applies to Brag Company Products purchased at our retail partners or on Amazon.com.
If you purchased your Brag Company product at one of our retail partners, please be prepared to offer proof that the item was purchased in the last 365 days.
To initiate a warranty claim, please select “Warranty Claim” from the drop down menu on the contact us page.
To initiate a return, please ship the items back to address below. You may choose any carrier to ship the items back to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a pre-paid delivery method with tracking and/or confirmation delivery. If possible, please ship the item in the original packaging with the tags and the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please print and include in the package your order confirmation sent via email when your order was placed. It is important that there is a clear way to identify that the package is associated with your order.

You will receive an automated email when your return package is received and your refund is processed.
Refunds can only be processed to the original credit card or via PayPal. Refunds will be processed within one week from the date we receive your return. Refunds may take 1-5 business days to appear on your statement once processed. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order and return your original purchase. We will process the refund for your return as expeditiously as possible.
In the event that you receive incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reimburse all shipping costs for the original and replacement items if the item is determined to be damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly.
Please note that you must report issues with your purchase within 30 days from the date the merchandise was delivered in order to make a claim.
